It is obvious that mental health is becoming more of a serious issue in today's society. Since the pandemic mental health numbers are at a record high, young people are struggling and most people have no idea where to seek help.

Prescription medication, therapy & common techniques are generally used or recommended as a treatment which can work for some but others may feel reluctant to seek help as they may find it more challenging to talk or open up about their mental health to others.

Nearly half of people in the UK told us that visiting green spaces, such as parks, helped them to cope with anxiety & stress when their mental health was low.

Through persistence and will, we finally got there and now we want to help you do the same. After turning our lives around from struggle we felt it was our destiny to help others do the same.
