This website is operated by The Improvement Artist LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Improvement Artist LTD. The Improvement Artist LTD offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Terms of Service
The Improvement Artist Self-Doubt Mentorship Programme
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Client”) and The Improvement Artist Ltd (“Company”), a business providing coaching/mentorship services, upon enrolment in The Self-Doubt Mentorship Programme. By making a payment, you agree to these legally binding terms.
- Engagement
The Engagement commences immediately upon receipt of your first payment. The Company agrees to provide ongoing personal development and coaching/mentorship services, including:
- Access to structured coaching frameworks and tools
- One-to-one email-based coaching/mentorship (weekly contact)
- Optional worksheets, templates, and materials
- Exclusive guidance for stepping out of the comfort zone and achieving goals
The programme operates on a rolling 4-week cycle billed in advance at £333 per month.
- Client Responsibilities
To gain the full benefit of the mentorship programme, the Client agrees to:
- Engage actively and take ownership of actions arising from coaching/mentorship
- Apply recommendations and use resources provided in good faith
- Communicate honestly and punctually with the Coach
- Avoid prolonged inactivity or non-responsiveness during the programme period
The Company may assume a Client has disengaged if there is no communication for 30 consecutive days.
- Services Provided
The Company offers coaching/mentorship designed to support personal and behavioural growth. This may include but is not limited to:
- Clarifying goals and values
- Identifying action steps and removing blocks
- Providing accountability, guidance, and reflective feedback
- Suggesting exercises, prompts, and activities for personal development
Client acknowledges that results are not guaranteed and depend on their personal commitment and action.
- Payment and Refund Policy
- The coaching/mentorship fee is £333 per 4-week cycle, billed in advance.
B. All payments are processed securely via your chosen payment method.
C. Upon making payment, the Agreement becomes legally binding.
D. No refunds are available once payment for a 4-week period has been processed. This applies regardless of usage, participation, or engagement level.
E. The Client may cancel future payments at any time by notifying the Company at least 48 hours before the next billing date via email at support@theimprovementartist.com.
F. The Company will confirm cancellation, and coaching/ mentorship access will continue until the end of the paid period.
G. Clients who opt to pay £1,000 in full for the entire self-doubt mentorship programme are entitled to a full refund if they cancel within the initial 14-day trial period. After the 14-day trial period ends, no refunds will be issued for the £1,000 full payment. - Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Company are protected by copyright. The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, alter, or share any materials without the Company’s prior written permission. Use of materials is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes during the programme.
- Testimonials and Case Studies
The Client may be invited to share feedback or testimonials. The Company agrees not to share any such material (including screenshots) for marketing or case study purposes without written permission from the Client, granted via email or messaging platform.
- Confidentiality
All personal information disclosed during coaching will be treated as confidential, unless:
- The Client consents to disclosure;
- Disclosure is required by law;
- The Company believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.
- Disclaimer and Release of Liability
- The Client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
B. The Company makes no guarantees of specific outcomes or results.
C. The Client is solely responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, decisions, actions, and results.
D. If the Client chooses to implement any advice, strategies, or suggestions offered during the programme — including but not limited to lifestyle, fitness, or wellbeing recommendations — they do so voluntarily and at their own risk.
E. The Client agrees to consult a medical professional before undertaking any significant health, fitness, or behavioural changes suggested during the programme, and releases the Company from any liability arising from such actions.
F. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the coaching/mentorship relationship or Client’s use of materials provided. - Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding between the Client and the Company. No verbal or prior written communication shall override this Agreement unless mutually agreed in writing.
- Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Data Protection & GDPR
- The Company agrees to handle all personal data provided by the Client in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
B. By enrolling in the programme, the Client consents to the Company collecting, storing, and processing personal information as necessary to deliver the coaching services.
C. Personal data will be stored securely and only used for purposes relevant to the coaching relationship or where required by law.
D. The Client has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time, in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
